Rules of accommodation
These rules establish the procedure for booking, settlement, accommodation and provision of services in the "Golden Age".
The order of accommodation
Residents are obliged to:
- Take care of property and equipment;
- To observe cleanliness and the established order;
- In case of loss or damage to property, reimburse the cost of damage in accordance with the current price list;
- Strictly observe the rules of fire safety;
- When leaving the room, close the water intake taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV, electrical appliances, close the room and hand over the key.
Prohibited:
- Smoking throughout the territory, including rooms (in accordance with Federal Law No. 15-FZ dated 02/23/13). In case of violation of this obligation, Golden Age reserves the right to contact law enforcement agencies to bring the resident to administrative responsibility for smoking in the wrong places. In this case, if the "Golden Age" is brought to administrative responsibility, as a result of the above violation by residents (and/or persons invited by them) of the established prohibition of tobacco smoking on the territory – The Golden Age reserves the right to demand compensation from the above-mentioned resident to the Golden Age in the amount of a fine imposed on the Golden Age by the competent state authorities (The Guest hereby confirms that he also knows that smoking in the room will entail the need for compensation by the guest for damage in the form of additional special cleaning costs rooms (prolonged ventilation, use of odor absorbers, washing of curtains, tulle, textiles) in the amount of 5000 rubles).
- Disturb the peace of the residents from 23.00 to 8.00;
- Leave unauthorized persons in the room, as well as give them the room key;
- Store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons;
- Use an electric boiler and an electric stove;
- Rearranging the furniture in the room is possible only with the consent of the administrator.
General provisions:
- In case of damage to the hotel, the Guest is financially responsible.
- The Golden Age is responsible for the loss, shortage or damage of the guests' belongings brought to the hotel, with the exception of money, other currency valuables, securities and other precious things. An item entrusted to the employees of the "Golden Age", or an item placed in a room or other designated place, is considered to be entered. The Golden Age is responsible for the loss of money, other currency valuables, securities and other precious things of the guest, provided that they were accepted by the hotel for storage, or were placed by the guest in an individual safe provided to him by the hotel, regardless of whether this safe is located in his room or in another room of the hotel. The Golden Age is exempt from liability for the non-preservation of the contents of such a safe if it proves that, under the conditions of storage, access by someone to the safe without the knowledge of the resident was impossible or became possible due to force majeure. A resident who discovers the loss, shortage or damage of his belongings is obliged to inform the administration without delay. Otherwise, the "Golden Age" is exempt from responsibility for the non-preservation of things.
- The Golden Age is not responsible in case of force majeure, as a result of which the hotel guests found themselves without power supply, water supply, and water consumption. At the same time, the Golden Age is obliged to take measures to provide electricity and water consumption to guests as much as possible.
- The administration of the Golden Age reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of technical problems in the room, smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of the present order of accommodation, public order, the order of use of household appliances.
- In case of discovery of forgotten items, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. The items forgotten by the guests are stored in the "Golden Age" for 1 month.
- Food products with opened packaging are not subject to long-term storage and must be disposed of. If the packaging of food products is not violated, they are handed over to the storage room according to the general rules and are subject to storage for 1 week.
- Unused personal items are registered in the journal and stored for 1 week.
- Used personal items are not subject to long-term storage and are subject to disposal.
- Individual cosmetics in a closed package must be stored for 1 week. Open individual cosmetics are not subject to storage.
- Staff and residents should keep quiet and be mutually polite.
- In case of violation of these rules by the Guest, the administration may, in order to restore peace and quiet to other Guests, make a remark to the violator. If a Guest repeatedly violates the internal rules of accommodation in the Golden Age and does not respond to the requirements of the administration and/or law enforcement officers, which leads to material losses or creates inconveniences for other visitors, the Golden Age has the right to refuse to provide services to the Guest and evict him.
- Upon departure from the "Golden Age", the resident must make a full payment for the services provided and hand over the room key.
- The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the administrator and is issued upon first request. Applications and complaints are accepted by the hotel in writing and are considered within the established time frame.
The Golden Age provides the following services for free
- Calling an ambulance team;
- Use of a first-aid kit;
- Provision of an ironing board and iron;
- Wake up at a certain time;
- Provision of tableware and cutlery;
- Provision of boiling water, needles and threads;
- Delivery of correspondence to the room upon receipt;
- Calling a taxi, ordering a car
- Booking of railway and air tickets;
- Booking tickets to theaters, booking tables in restaurants;
- Wireless Internet services.
The following services are provided for an additional fee
- Long-distance, international calls;
- Additional room cleaning;
- An additional set of towels;
- Laundry, dry cleaning, ironing service.
